3 – DIVING INTO WATER
It’s a technique that has always been known and is so formidable that no egg can lie to it. Prepare a large container of fresh water, and boom! Immerse the egg and observe its reaction:
- It flows directly: it is fresh and can be consumed without problem.
- It floats hopelessly to the surface: it clearly tells you that you have forgotten it and that it is better to avoid eating it.
- It flows, but takes its time: it is still possible to use it in a preparation with cooking, but you must avoid consuming it raw.
- On the other hand, you can safely put it in a cake or an omelette.
