Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips (about 10-12 oz)
1 cup salsa (your preferred spice level)
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Jalapeño slices for topping (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
