Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (plus more for topping if desired)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped mushrooms, onions, and garlic until soft and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
