Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold work well)
3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
Using a sharp knife, make shallow crisscross cuts (about ¼ inch deep) on the top of each potato.
Season the Potatoes:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
