This is absolutely delicious. Don’t change a thing! I took this to a dinner party and everyone loved it but I’ve been making it at home just for us too. It really only takes 10 minutes to prepare everything! Recipe in the first comment

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold work well)

3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Prep the Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.

Using a sharp knife, make shallow crisscross cuts (about ¼ inch deep) on the top of each potato.

Season the Potatoes:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
