🧡 Ingredients (2 servings):
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen, no sugar added)
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1-inch piece of fresh turmeric root (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup cold water or coconut water
Optional: a small piece of fresh ginger for extra kick
Optional: a pinch of black pepper (helps absorb curcumin from turmeric)
🍹 Instructions (No Juicer Needed):
🥤 With a Blender:
Add pineapple, carrots, turmeric, water, and optional ginger to your blender.
Blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
Strain using a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag if you want a smooth juice.
Stir in fresh lemon juice and black pepper (if using).
Pour into a glass, serve chilled or over ice.
