Koundé, Dembélé, Konaté, Tchouameni: in the middle of the Euro, the Blues react to the results of the legislative elections in France

Two days before a decisive match against Spain at the Euro, the players of the France team are following French political news. On social networks, Jules Koundé, Ousmane Dembélé, Ibrahima Konaté and Aurélien Tchouameni wanted to react following the results of the French legislative elections.
If some say that footballers earn too much money and are disconnected from the real world, the players of the France team have just proven the opposite. For more than three weeks now, Didier Deschamps’ Blues have been in Germany where they are competing in the Euro and despite a complicated journey, they are preparing to play for a place in the final against Spain this Tuesday, July 9. If all their attention is certainly dedicated to this match, the very dense political news in France does not leave them indifferent and the results of the legislative elections this Sunday July 7 have made some react.
Yesterday evening, the French chose the composition of the next National Assembly by voting for the second round of early legislative elections. As several players have indicated publicly in recent weeks, like Kylian Mbappé, they feared that the National Rally (RN) would not be able to have a majority of deputies at the end of this vote. This ultimately did not happen and it is the New Popular Front (NFP) which should have the most deputies in the Assembly, around 180. Behind, the camp of Emmanuel Macron comes second with around 163 seats and finally, the RN with 143 deputies. Results visibly well received by some of the footballers of the French team.
