Beets have the particularity of staining not only hands, but also the dishes in which they are cooked. And it can be quite difficult to wash it off.
I use my own method thanks to which:
the dishes always remain clean;
during cooking in the kitchen you do not smell the characteristic smell of cooking beets;
the vegetables remain juicy and sweet, bright red in color and tasty.
Always choose medium-sized, dark-coloured beets: they will certainly be sweet and juicy.
Wash the beets well and dry them with absorbent paper. We don’t cut code.
We pack the beets in a bag, add sugar, 1 tsp. and put them in a bag. We repair both the first package and the second well.
