8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup corned beef, chopped (can substitute with pastrami)
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread Bowl: Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the top off the loaf of sourdough bread, creating a lid. Hollow out the inside of the bread, leaving about an inch around the edges to form the bowl. Save the bread you remove for dipping later.
