Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz fettuccine pasta (or your favorite pasta)
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:

Prepare the Pasta:

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water for the sauce.
Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliced steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until it’s browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
