* 125 g of eggs
* 90 g flour

* 90g of sugar
* 2g of extract
vanilla * 20g flour
* 12g of starch
corn * 420g milk
* 60 g of cream
whole liquid * 22g butter
* 0.5g of salt
* 6 egg yolks
