Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups chocolate chips (or your favorite mix-ins like nuts or dried fruit)
1 cup rolled oats (optional, for added texture)
½ cup mini marshmallows (optional for a gooey, fun twist)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats to prevent sticking.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
