Ingredients
For the Casserole:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (16 oz) frozen tater tots (or fresh potatoes, cubed)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Bacon and Beef:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside to drain on a paper towel. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
