For some reason, eating apple fritters always brings back wonderful memories from all over my life! From summertime county fairs to family vacations, from a little rural restaurant close by that offered them warm from the oven in a paper bag to my mom who prepared them as a treat, we loved these treats.
Things needed:
1 and a half cups of ordinary flour
one-fourth cup of sugar
baking powder, 2 tablespoons
half a teaspoon of salt
1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
one-third cup of milk
two eggs
