The juice of 2 fresh lemons ( to neutralize stubborn odors )
250 ml of lukewarm water , for a feeling of softness
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon, naturally antibacterial
1 tablespoon of liquid honey , with soothing properties
1 tablespoon of baking soda , to neutralize odors
Preparation: as simple as making an infusion:
In a large bowl, start by mixing the honey, cinnamon and baking soda.
Then add the lukewarm water while stirring gently.
Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Once everything is well blended, pour your mixture into an airtight glass bottle . All you have to do is use it like a classic mouthwash, after brushing.
