✅ Cool the fried milk a little and grind it into powder using a blender or meat grinder so that it becomes powdery again.
✅Add boiled condensed milk to the shredded milk. Here it’s up to taste. I only used 1/3 of the jar, otherwise it would be too sweet for me, you can add more, even the whole jar.
✅To shade the taste, add a pinch of salt.
✅Pour milk into a separate container (preferably with a thick bottom), add agar to it and put it on medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately add to other ingredients.
✅I use a blender for quick mixing, but you can also do this in a bowl using a mixer or a regular hand whisk.
✅Pour the mass into shape, wait until it cools, then put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
✅We remove the frozen mass, cut it into portioned sweets (size, shape at your discretion) – and you can drink tea!
✅ Store finished candies in a clean container under a lid in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
❗Notes ❗
✅To fry milk, we use a frying pan with a thick bottom. Make the fire small.
✅If you don’t have condensed milk, you can do without it: add sugar (50-80 g, to taste), and for color, dilute 1 tsp in milk. chicory. It will also enhance the creamy flavor of the candy.
✅Agar begins to harden at room temperature, so we pour the milk mass into the dry mixture as soon as we remove it from the stove, and immediately mix everything well (with a blender, mixer or whisk).
✅I don’t sprinkle the finished candies with anything, they don’t stick to the knife, to the hands or to each other.
