In our kitchens, we have a variety of ingredients that we don’t always know how to use effectively. Did you know that baking soda can be used to get rid of excess body fat, including belly fat, thighs, back, and arms?
Baking soda can be mixed with fruit juice, but I prefer to use it with apple cider vinegar for the best effect. Apple cider vinegar has a strong smell, but it is generally good for your health.
Some people suggest that diluting baking soda in water, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice and drinking it on an empty stomach can help you lose weight. Others suggest that simply soaking in a baking soda bath may be effective.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass water
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a glass.
- Drink on an empty stomach.
