ADVICE
Vary the ingredients: You can always adjust the recipe according to your preferences. If you like more intense flavors, add more garlic or parmesan. If you prefer a more acidic touch, increase the amount of lemon juice.

Consistency: Control the consistency of the sauce by adjusting the amount of mayonnaise and olive oil. If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of olive oil. If you prefer it lighter, add a little more mayonnaise or lemon juice.
Anchovy Flavor: If you decide to use anchovy fillets, be sure to grate them well so that they are completely incorporated into the sauce and there are no large pieces that could be overwhelming .

Refrigeration: Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend and intensify, improving the end result.
Storage: Homemade Caesar sauce keeps well in the refrigerator for several days in an airtight container. So if you have any leftovers, save them to use in other meals or salads.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with ingredients and proportions to adapt the recipe to your personal tastes. Cooking is an art and Caesar sauce is a great opportunity to unleash your culinary creativity!
