Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf Layer:

1 lb ground beef

1 egg

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Tater Tot Layer:

1 bag of frozen tater tots (about 28 oz)

For the Cheese Sauce:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined. Transfer this mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and form it into a nice, even layer.

Bake the Meatloaf: Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce: While the meatloaf is baking, make the cheese sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, and Dijon mustard. Stir constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
