Ingredients:

12 jumbo pasta shells
300g ground beef
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta Shells:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 10 minutes, until they are al dente. Once cooked, drain the shells and set them aside to cool slightly. Be careful not to overcook them to prevent the shells from tearing when stuffing.

Prepare the Beef Filling:
While the pasta shells are cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat, then season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
