Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend of your choice)

1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup salsa (optional, for extra flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon lime juice

Corn tortillas (about 12 small ones)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt (to taste)

Directions:
Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and lime juice. Stir everything together until well combined. Taste the filling and add salt as needed.
