Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup:

Four cups of broccoli florets, either fresh or frozen,
2 big carrots, chopped
1 finely chopped medium onion
Three minced cloves of garlic
4 cups of vegetable or chicken broth
One and a half cups of heavy cream
For the cheese, 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar
Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
one-fourth cup self-rising flour
Adjust with salt and pepper, if desired.
If you want it spicier, add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
For an optional slight taste, you might add 1/2 teaspoon of ground mustard.
Instructions:
Get the Crockpot Ready:
Make sure your crockpot is clean and ready to use before setting it up.
Veggies and broth should be added.
Toss the stock, broccoli, carrots, onion, and garlic into the crockpot.
