Crockpot Pepper Steak
Preheat a skillet and add the olive oil.
Cook the steak in a pan over medium heat until browned all over.
Next, bring the water to a boil and add the bouillon. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
Mix the cornstarch with the water and bouillon.
Third, in a crockpot, combine the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
Mix in the pepper, salt, and chopped tomatoes.
Step four: Combine the meat and onions.
Prep for 6–7 hours of low heat or 3 hours of high heat.
Fifth, after an hour of cooking, add the peppers that have been cut.
Slice some green onion thinly and serve as a garnish.
Accompany with some rice and a salad for supper.
