It’s an announcement that everyone was waiting for: that of star host Cyril Hanouna. After the results of the legislative elections, and after his shock declaration of June 12, the latter finally reacted to declare whether or not he would leave France as he had previously stated.

A new political landscape in France
After weeks of political tensions, a dissolution of the assembly, then the organization of new legislative elections after the European elections, the result finally fell on Sunday July 7, 2024: it was ultimately the New Popular Front which won the most seats in the National Assembly. The alliance made up of parties from the traditional left, the far left, but also environmentalists won 178 seats, compared to 156 for Ensemble and 143 for the National Rally and its allies.

From now on, faced with this recomposed political landscape, and while Gabriel Attal has submitted his resignation to the President of the Republic, a new Prime Minister must be chosen. While few people can claim to know what the future will bring, there is one personality, on the other hand, whose statement was eagerly awaited on the subject after these results: Cyril Hanouna.
