Fresh & Zesty Pico de Gallo

Introduction
Pico de Gallo, also known as salsa fresca, is a classic Mexican condiment made with fresh, chopped ingredients. It’s bright, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. Ingredients
4 ripe Roma tomatoes, finely chopped

1 small white onion, diced

1–2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
