Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups spinach or kale, roughly chopped (optional)

2 cups day-old bread (preferably a baguette or rustic bread), cut into cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Aromatic Croutons:
