Heavenly Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh)

1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
