Honey Pistachio Baklava Cheesecake

1 cup shelled pistachios (unsalted), coarsely chopped

1 cup honey

1 tbsp. lemon juice

A little rose water

Garnish:

More honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8- to 10-inch springform pan with a layer of parchment paper cut into the base.
