Ground beef and onion, in a big saucepan, should be cooked until meat is done and onion is tender and translucent, according to the directions.
Second, in a saucepan, combine the beef broth, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, dried oregano, and basil. Simmer after mixing until well blended.
Third, cook the mixture for five to ten minutes, then stir in the macaroni. Make sure the macaroni is cooked al dente by simmering it for a little longer. When you add the macaroni, toss in the mixed frozen veggies if you choose.
