Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella works great)

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 egg, beaten

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika for extra flavor

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together almond flour, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Gently flatten each ball with the back of a spoon or your fingers to form small discs.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
