Lunch Lady Brownies

Prepare a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spraying metal with nonstick fry spray.
Melt the butter and stir in half a cup of cocoa powder in a large bowl until well blended.
Add the rest of the brownie mix and mix until combined.
When the timer goes off, pour the batter into the pan.
Wait fifteen minutes before icing the brownies. (Be cautious not to overcook them when you frost them.)
Cream together the frosting ingredients by combining them all and beating them with an electric mixer. Drizzle icing on top of cooked brownies.
Graze on it!
