Ingredients (Makes 4 Mini Quiches):

4 empty, thoroughly cleaned tuna cans (labels removed, edges smoothed if needed)

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk or cream

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1/4 cup diced bell peppers

1/4 cup cooked spinach or kale (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil or nonstick spray

Instructions:

Prep the Tuna Cans: Wash and dry the tuna cans thoroughly. Make sure there are no sharp edges. Lightly grease the inside with olive oil or nonstick spray.

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
