Ingredients:
1 cup fresh mint leaves (loosely packed)
1 large lemon (juice + zest)
2 cups cold water
1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for electrolyte balance)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions:
Rinse the mint leaves and lightly crush them using a muddler or the back of a spoon.
In a pitcher, combine the crushed mint, lemon juice, lemon zest, water, honey, and sea salt.
