1. Simply cut the chicken schnitzels into small pieces and season with pepper and salt, then fry them in a pan.
2. Then clean and cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them a little in the pan.
3. Now add milk, cream, cheese, wine and herbs to the chicken and mushrooms and simmer on a low heat for about 5 minutes, then thicken with the starch and season to taste.
Tip: Spaetzle goes well with this.
