Clean eggshells from 6 organic eggs
Instructions:

Wash and sterilize
Rinse eggshells thoroughly to remove egg white or yolk. Boil them in water for 10 minutes to sterilize.
Dry completely
Place the shells on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 120°C (250°F) for 15 minutes.
Grind into powder
Once cooled, grind the shells into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or food processor.
Store properly
Keep the powder in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
How to Use:

Take ½ teaspoon of eggshell powder daily. Mix it into smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, or juice.
Important Note:
