Cook the spinach in the pan with the olive oil, diced onion and minced garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix together the feta cheese, cream cheese and egg.
Spread this mixture all over the puff pastry, then add the cooked spinach.
Roll and slice to shape the swivels.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes.
