Easy chicken meal recipe for the slow cooker
Recipe Items
two pounds of breast fillets from chicken
quartered tiny red potatoes, 1 pound
Half a pound of peeled and trimmed baby or dutch carrots
1.5 ounces of washed green beans
one-third cup of butter
Squeezed lemon juice, measuring 1/3 cup
1.5 milliliters of dried oregano
Onion powder, 1 teaspoon
Two tablespoons of minced garlic, optionally season with salt and pepper
How to Follow
1. Put the chicken breast fillets, potatoes, carrots, and green beans in the slow cooker. Before adding the chicken breasts, season them with salt and pepper for a deeper flavor. The quantity of veggies you include in it is totally discretionary. Add more or less seasoning as you want.
