Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Running time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Things needed:
Three cups of flour, ideally white spelt or wheat flour.
Half a cup of ezoic scorching water
Two heaping tablespoons of salt
Two tablespoons of dry yeast plus tablespoon of ezoic
What to do:
Mix the dry ingredients together:
Combine 3 cups of flour with 2 heaping tablespoons of salt in a large bowl. Be careful not to overmix.
After you’ve combined the flour and salt, stir in 2 tablespoons of dried yeast.
To make the Ezoic Solution, fill a cup halfway with hot water. While stirring, pour 1 cup of water into the flour mixture; this will dissolve the yeast.
To make a dough that is neither too thick nor too runny, add half a cup of warm water and adjust the amount as needed.
The ezoic
The dough has to be mixed with a silicone spoon until it forms a ball. Just add a little more water if it’s too thick.
