Quick & Easy Chinese-style Tender Beef

In a bowl, mix together the corn starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and beef pieces. Allow to marinate for precisely fifteen minutes after properly stirring.
Whip up the Stir-fry
In a big skillet or wok set over medium-high heat, warm up 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Brown and cook the marinated meat for around three to four minutes in a stir-fry. Remove meat from pan.
Include an additional tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same pan. For about 30 seconds, or until the garlic and ginger start to smell aromatic, stir-fry them.
To soften, stir-fry the onion and bell pepper for two or three minutes.
Season the beef with pepper, salt, sugar, and sesame oil before returning it to the fire. Make careful to thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.  Once everything is coated and heated, cook for another two minutes.
Prior to serving, top with chopped green onions.
Storage and Serving Suggestions
Whether you choose rice or noodles, serve hot. This meal is perfect with a side of steaming veggies.
Preserving: Refrigerate leftovers for up to three days if stored in an airtight container. Bring to a simmer in a pan over medium heat until heated through.
