Quick, long-lasting, standby salad dressing

The recipe can be prepared with or without Thermomix.

Directions for TM are in parentheses).
First, put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable stock in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Then add the other ingredients and mix for 5 to 8 seconds using a mixer.

​​2) The next step is to bottle the dressing and store it in the refrigerator after letting it cool.

The vinegar preserves it and makes it last quite a long time. It is delicious with all green salads or raw vegetables.
The vinaigrette is also an excellent gift or a small homemade gift.
