Shepherd’s Pie Soup

Things needed:

Adjust with salt & pepper as desired.
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 pound of ground beef (or, for a more classic shepherd’s pie, ground lamb)
two medium carrots, chopped two stalks of celery, two minced cloves of garlic
One spoonful of tomato paste.
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
50% dry thyme, 1/2 teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of rosemary, dried
four cups of beef broth two cups of chopped russet potatoes
Defrost 1 cup of peas
1 cup of corn, frozen
if you want it extra creamy, add half a cup of heavy cream.
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnishing)
