Slow Cooker Cheesy Burger Flavored Soup 🍔🧀

Cook the ground beef in olive oil in a pan over medium heat until it browns. Prepare the ground beef by adding the onion, garlic, and minced meat. The steak should be browned and the onions should be softened while cooking. Get rid of any extra fat.
Put in Slow Cooker: After the beef mixture has browned, add it to the slow cooker. Toss in the beef stock, chopped potatoes, frozen corn, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine by stirring.
To make it in a slow cooker, cover and simmer for four to six hours on low or two to three hours on high, or until the potatoes are soft and the flavors have combined.
Toss in the Shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheeses about 30 minutes before serving. While stirring the soup periodically, let the chunks melt into it.
To top it all off, mix in the sour cream just before serving for an additional dollop of richness. Add more salt and pepper to taste after tasting the soup.
To serve, spoon the soup into individual bowls and top with chopped green onions and, if like, crispy bacon pieces.
