Soft Chocolate Muffins: The Recipe to Make Them Soft and Delicious

  1. To begin, dissolve the yeast in the milk.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, vanilla and the milk and yeast mixture.
  3. Then add the eggs, butter and salt.
  4. Make a smooth, even dough and let it rise.
  5. Shape a few balls of dough (60 g each) and place them in the mold.
  6. Let rise again then brush with egg yolk and milk.
  7. Bake at 170° for 12 minutes.
  8. Garnish with hazelnut cream and serve.
