Ingredients:
3 cups fresh watermelon chunks (seedless)
1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
Juice of half a lemon (optional, for added tang)
Ice cubes (optional)
A teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
Wash and prepare all the fruits and vegetables as listed.
In a blender or juicer, combine the watermelon, carrot, beetroot, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
If using a blender, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp, if desired.
