Wash and thinly slice the tomato.
Shred the lettuce.
Slice the red onion and avocado, if using.
Pat the tomato slices dry with a paper towel to prevent a soggy wrap.
3. Warm the Tortillas
Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet for 10–15 seconds per side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds. This makes them more flexible and less likely to tear.
4. Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Layer the ingredients in the center:
Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing down the middle.
Add 2 slices turkey.
Add 1½ slices bacon (break into pieces if needed).
Lay 1 slice cheese.
Add a small handful of lettuce.
Top with tomato, red onion, and avocado (if using).
Drizzle a bit more ranch for extra creaminess, if desired.
5. Wrap and Roll
Fold in the sides of the tortilla.
Roll from the bottom up, tightly, like a burrito.
Slice in half on the diagonal, if serving immediately.
6. Serve or Store
Serve right away with chips, fruit, or veggies.
For later: Wrap in foil or parchment paper and refrigerate up to 48 hours.
