Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breasts if preferred)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh lemon slices (optional)

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps it get crispy!
