My Secret BBQ Hit: A Dish Everyone Can’t Stop Talking About!

Full Recipe 👇 💬

When it comes to hosting a backyard BBQ, there’s one dish that never fails to steal the spotlight. It’s simple, flavorful, and always a crowd-pleaser. Here’s the recipe for my signature BBQ creation that has everyone coming back for seconds (and thirds!).

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Marinade:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Grilled Veggies:

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

1 red onion, quartered

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Special BBQ Sauce:

1 cup ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp water (adjust for thickness)

Garnishes:

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Lemon wedges

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss them in the marinade, making sure they’re fully coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight if possible. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it will be.

2. Prepare the BBQ Sauce:

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, chili powder, apple cider vinegar, and water. Stir well and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and the flavors to meld together.

3. Grill the Chicken and Veggies:
