No-Bake, Eggless Avocado Pudding – Super Creamy Delight

Ingredients:

18 ounces (500 grams) ripe avocado

14 ounces (395 grams) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

Prepare the Avocado: Start by cutting the ripe avocados in half and removing the pit. Scoop out the creamy flesh into a blender or food processor.

Blend to Smoothness: Add the sweetened condensed milk to the avocado in the blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until it’s silky smooth and well-combined.

Adjust Consistency (Optional): If you prefer a slightly thinner pudding, feel free to add a tablespoon of milk (dairy or plant-based) at a time, blending well after each addition, until you reach your desired consistency.
