Ingredients:
1 cup feta cheese (preferably block, not crumbled)
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 small handful fresh basil leaves
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, and basil. Pulse until fully incorporated but still with some texture from the tomatoes.
Season with black pepper to taste.
