Bites of Apple Fritter

These apple fritter bits are a game-changer in the autumn, and I wanted to tell you about them today.

Light as air and coated with the most mouthwatering apple cider glaze, these fritters resemble doughnuts and are packed with apple flavor.

The fact that they’re baked rather than fried could make you feel better about going back for more!

I got my first taste of these little morsels of perfection when I received a copy of Baker Mama’s latest cookbook, Brilliant morsels, from her perceptive friend Courtney.

I knew I had to make these the second I saw the title of the recipe.

Does the thought of a more delicious autumnal snack occur to you? Crisp cider frosting exploding above warm, mushy apple fritters? That would be great!

Simply said, they are every bit as tasty as apple fritters could be.

Loaded with tender, fresh apple chunks, these delectable treats are sure to please.

The distinctively crispy exterior is the result of a sour and sweet glaze.

Finally, the finest thing? Feel free to nibble on one or two—they’re baked, not fried. The whole batch, if you’re as crazy as I am!
