4 eggs

180 g (1 1/2 cups) flour
10 g (3/4 tbsp) baking powder
1 lemon (zest)
15 ml (1 tablespoon) lemon (juice) Jam

Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes foamy. Sift in the flour and baking powder and whisk until well combined.
